My name is Ann Griffin-Aaronlahti and I'm the managing director of Professional Connections (commonly known as Profco).

Profco is an international healthcare recruitment agency designed to connect our client hospitals with experienced healthcare professionals from around the world. My own background is in nursing and midwifery and I have worked in Ireland, Australia, and Saudi Arabia - both as a nurse/midwife and nursing personnel officer. I recognised the need for such a company through my own experience of working internationally. In October 1994 the idea was transformed into reality as I founded Profco in Ireland.

Today Profco is regarded as one of the leading international healthcare recruiters for various leading tertiary referral centres in the UK, Australia and the Middle East. We place Registered Nurses in "perm" posts in NSW Health hospitals in Australia and NHS hospitals in the UK. We also recruit Registered Nurses, Consultant Hospital Doctors and Allied Health Professionals to work in key tertiary referral hospitals in the Middle East.
